Orders are processed and are normally shipped by DPD. Delivery time is normally within 4-7 working days, Some larger items will take longer to deliver, please see each listing for details, however if you have any questions please contact our customer services team.
If you require international postage please contact us for details on pricing. Please note all items will be sent by international signed for service.

Returns are accepted in store or by post. Simply return your unwanted item within 14 days of the invoice date, unused and in its original condition, in one the following ways:

Send your item by recorded post to ensure we receive the item, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Please ensure the item is packed correctly, we cannot accept damaged goods.
Return to our store
You can return items to our store in Hebden Bridge. Please take your despatch note with you as proof of purchase.
We hope to make it quicker but please allow 21 days to process your return
Orders paid using PayPal can only be refunded if they are posted back to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you would like an exchange you can do this in our store. Orders made and paid with through PayPal have to be refunded through PayPal. If you have any questions please contact Customer Services on 01422 845121.
Delivery and Returns Legal Statement - Please Read Carefully
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email. Returning any item within 7 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order).

Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Amelia’s Barn will give you a full refund of the amount paid. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Amelia’s Barn and you requires that you return the goods to Amelia’s Barn on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
